I see myself as a simple person, always seeking authenticity and joy in the primordial things of life. I find fulfillment in nature — in gardening, nurturing plants, and growing my own vegetables and herbs. I love creating with my hands: drawing, painting, crocheting, and making small decorative crafts, as well as preparing natural and fermented goods, full of life and flavor.
I believe in the intelligence of nature and its healing power, using plants and essential oils to make teas, creams, and natural remedies. I’m inspired by the simplicity of a homemade meal, just like my grandmother used to make, by a song played on the guitar, or a quiet walk in the park. I practice yoga, mindfulness, and gratitude for the little things.
