As a 39-year-old educator and trainer, I have been engaged in teaching since the age of nineteen; initially in pedagogy and, over time, expanding toward andragogy leading me towards DELTA Cambridge which made me discover far and beyond my homeland. This ongoing quest to understand learning as a lifelong journey is one that involves not only transferring knowledge but co-creating meaning through shared experience and reflection as I have always believed that learning happens both ways and not just from the lecturer/instructor.

My professional journey has always been fueled by a curiosity about the intersections of wisdom traditions where Eastern and Western philosophies meet, resonate, and sometimes challenge one another. Owing to my wife in the recent years, I have been exposed to poetry which now I find aligns with philosophy and wisdom.

When I came across the Quest for Wisdom Foundation in 2025 and the inspiring work of Heidi Muijen, I realized that this was an undiscovered area for me. The Foundation’s vision resonated with my view on intercultural dialogue, and meaning-making as we have long been discussing as a family. What began as a discovery has grown into a meaningful engagement, where I explore ways to connect in the ongoing quest for wisdom.

Over the years, my exploration of educational philosophy has expanded beyond the classroom to include corporate and professional learning environments. Studying English and later pursuing an MBA helped me recognize how education itself is transforming; shifting from fixed systems of instruction to relational, and co-creative forms of learning. This awareness continues to guide my teaching, supervision, and training practice, where the aim is not perfection, but the gift of imperfection and the ongoing learning.

Learning NEVER stops, and we are all learners…
